Hi

One for the girls

since becoming pregnent with my girls ( I don't remember before) I have suffered with swallon ankles/legs at night. It feels as if I am walking on cusions and it makes me really unsteady on my feel and ouch the pain!!!

I went to the doctor about it and he put me on Dickoflex pain killiers and they work normally but don't work the week before my period, its really bad this month.

My husband has told me to put my feet up above my head but after a while my knee hurts and you cant type or read Ouch in that position!!!

Any ideas?
