Hello and welcome to all our new members!

Just to let you know, I have started a second forum, designed to give help and support to all those with mental health problems. It covers a range of issues, including depression anxiety, OCD, phobias and other associated symptoms.

While the board is still very much in it's infancy (I plan to add lots to it in the next few weeks - time willing!) I would like to invite you to join.
